Mizaic – Healthcare Platform
Mizaic develops MediViewer, a healthcare platform used across 19+ NHS trusts, supporting thousands of clinicians and storing large volumes of medical records.
As a hands-on technical lead, I helped lead engineering delivery, technical direction and team growth while supporting completion of a major platform rewrite.

- Helped complete a multi-year rewrite to a modern platform architecture
- Re-established a reliable release cadence and improved delivery confidence
- Grew the engineering team and supported mentoring / progression
- Designed a modern document viewer replacing a legacy interface
- Built a proof-of-concept search platform using Elasticsearch

Rooms4Groups – Founder-Led Product Build
Worked directly with the founder and operational team to review an existing system, understand business workflows, and design a more effective platform within commercial budget constraints.
The resulting web platform improved the management of complex multi-hotel group bookings and modernised day-to-day operations.
